About Lyn McDonell
Janice Lynn (“Lyn”) McDonell brings extensive experience to her role at TAG:
- Early international development experience
- Served in various leadership positions including CEO, COO, Board Chair, and Director
- Fellow of the Institute of Certified Management Consultants of Ontario
- Chartered Director with an MA focused on organizational development stages
- Cross-sector consulting for almost 20 years
- Former chair of the Not-for-Profit Organizations Committee of CPA Canada
- Adjunct faculty in York University’s Master of Financial Accountability Program
