Inspire OPPI: Professional Planners In the Public Interest - Strategic Plan 2020

OPPI is the recognized voice of the Province’s planning profession. Its almost 4,500 members work in government, private practice, universities, and not-for-profi­t agencies in the ­fields of urban and rural development, community design, environmental planning, transportation, health, social services, heritage conservation, housing, and economic development. Members meet quality practice requirements and are accountable to OPPI and the public to practice ethically and to abide by a Professional Code of Practice.

In the fall of 2015, OPPI Council initiated a major review of its strategy, mission and vision, with the goal to engage members. Through interviews, focus groups, surveys, and other outreach, this process engaged an unprecedented 1,700 members and other stakeholders across Ontario and beyond. The resulting plan will transform OPPI into a more strongly member-driven organization, where Planners will take charge of advancing their profession.

Real Estate Institute of Canada

Enrich | Elevate | Exceed 2017-2020 Strategic Plan

The Real Estate Institute of Canada (REIC) is the only national provider of advanced education and designation programs that embraces all real estate industry sectors.  In 2012, The Accountability Group worked with REIC to develop a 2013-16 strategic plan whose goals were to leverage REIC's strengths and create a strong foundation. While the preious plan still had resonance, REIC again engaged TAG to refresh the plan to take the organization through 2020.

College of Dietitians of Ontario

Strategic Plan 2016-2020

The College of Dietitians of Ontario (College) regulates the profession of dietetics in Ontario under the Regulated Health Professions Act and the Dietetics Act. The College sets and enforces standards for safe, ethical and competent dietetic practice in the province for over 3,800 Registered Dietitians (RDs) and assists people in Ontario with information about how to access services
The strategic plan sets out the vision, end-goals, objectives and strategies of the College. It focuses their activities for the four years and reflects their commitment to ensure that the College continues to demonstrate excellence in the regulation of the dietetics profession in the public interest.
The plan is intended to:

  • guide the efforts of Council, Committees and Staff
  • focus CDO's energy and help it allocate resources into areas that the Council believes are necessary to fulfill its mission over the next few years
  • provide the public, CDO members and stakeholders with insight regarding how the College intends to fulfill its mission and vision.

Canadian Association of Medical Radiation Technologists

Strategic Plan 2015-2018 - Medical Radiation Technologists: Essential Partners in Quality Care

Canadian Association of Medical Radiation Technologists (CAMRT) is Canada’s national professional association and certifying body for medical radiation technologists (MRTs) across the country. More than 12,000 CAMRT members practice in radiography, magnetic resonance, nuclear medicine and/or radiation therapy.

In developing this Strategic Plan, the CAMRT asked members of the profession, provincial and national stakeholder organizations, healthcare leaders, policy makers, academics and other stakeholders to identify trends that the Association should consider and address. From that point, the Strategic Planning Committee, the CAMRT Board of Directors and the senior staff at CAMRT undertook a number of facilitated sessions to hone in on the strategic priorities for the organization over the next three years. Through this process, the CAMRT renewed its Mission, Vision, Values, Strategic Directions and goals for the next four years.

Grandview Children's Centre

Strategic Plan 2012-2017

In the fall of 2011, Grandview Children’s Centre initiated a strategic plan renewal process. In the dynamic environment of a growing region, developments in children’s rehabilitation treatment, challenging economic times for the Ontario Government constraining its funding, and increasing numbers of children and youth with special needs, a responsive Strategic Plan was needed.
